As an upstate practice and a proud CESA partner, we see what the game asks of these kids. A good mouthguard is one of the simplest ways to protect a young player's teeth and lower the risk of a more serious hit. So we're providing one for every CESA Spartanburg player, ages 8 and up.
I launched the mouthguard offer for CESA families in 2025 because, as an orthodontist, I deeply understand the risk and repercussions of head and dental trauma. Having provided this service to our Chadwell Orthodontics patients since the beginning, I've seen the benefits of mouthguard use by soccer players first-hand. So I want to pay it forward in support of our local community.
